How to reduce the cellular data from Apple Music app on iPhone?

Apple Music will release Tayor SWift's "1989 World Tour Live" concert video on December 20th. As more and more superstars to join, it is more popular among us. But some Apple Music users feedback that Apple Music uses more cellular data than spotify or Pandora on the iPhone, so many people want to know how to reduce the cellular data from the Music app. You are in luck because there are three ways to do this, and they are as follows:

selectmode

The first way is to download music and listen to it offline and the other method is to totally disable the Music app’s access to cellular data.

Disable the App -- Normally, if you buy music it gets automatically downloaded to the iPhone and uses cellular data, but if you don’t want it to auto download, there is an option for it to be disabled. First, launch Settings on the iPhone, then go to iTunes and App Stores and tap it, then, all you must do is turn off the button next to auto downloads for music. Voila! It won’t auto download music and use up your cellular data any more.

Turn off Cellular Access – Another way to keep the Music app from using up your cellular data is to turn off its access. However, if you do this, you will no longer be able to access items like iTunes Match, Apple Music, or Beats. To do this, launch Settings on the iPhone, then go to iTunes & App Store and make sure Cellular Data has to be enabled, and then Under Cellular, scroll down to find Music and make sure it is enabled.Voila! No longer will it use up your cellular data on your iPhone. But Apple Music will not work under the Cellular Data.

Check your Apple Music streaming on other devices – Apple Music uses a data connection in order to serve up Beats 1 and other radio on your iOS device and Mac OS X device. And you are using the same Apple ID with your children, you should check his/her Apple Music usage.
