Fireebok only accepts returns on software purchased from Fireebok directly, either from our E-Store or via our Customer Service Centers. For software not purchased from Fireebok (local retailer, reseller, contractor, mail order, internet electronic reseller and others), please follow the Return Policy of the vendor you purchased from.

Our data recovery products (Fone Rescue, Data Recovery, BlackBerry Recovery etc.) are available on a "try-before-you-buy" basis. The demo version provides complete assessment of recovery results that can be obtained with demo version. Versatile preview lets you enjoy data recovery in advance.
Therefore, considering the nature of data recovery products that tend to be used only once, we cannot offer refunds to our customers. Please download and evaluate the trial versions of our products at no charge before you make a commitment. Our refund policy is in full accordance with the industry standards for purchases of software and services. We may provide exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not send your product back without receiving an RMA Number. Products returned without an RMA Number will not be credited back. Our warehouses do not accept items without a valid RMA Number and Fireebok cannot be held responsible for lost items.

If you meet the above eligibility criteria and agree to the terms, please download the excel and send to us by attachment the box to continue to the return/credit request form. We will review your request. Once approved, our Returns Coordinator will assign you an RMA Number and email complete instructions on how to return your product.
